Prior to joining REX, and subsequently purchasing the company with her husband, Aleece held various positions in the financial services industry. She worked for a national lender providing?services to both residential and commercial customers. Aleece was employed by?the 6th largest mutual savings banks in the United States from 1996 through 2002 where she gained broad experiences and knowledge on banking processes, human resources, customer support and technology operations. During the early 1990s she built her leadership and management style while working for one of the country’s largest retail computer technology and training companies.
